This single-level residence uses a courtyard as the organizing heart of daily life. Living, sleeping, and service spaces wrap the open core, giving each room controlled views, daylight, and sheltered outdoor access.
Timber decks, slim roof canopies, and wide sliding openings encourage indoor-outdoor movement throughout the day. The architecture balances openness and privacy while maintaining a compact, efficient footprint.
Bedrooms and lounge maintain direct visual connection to the courtyard.
Connected wings
Each wing opens toward the central garden, creating short circulation paths and shared visibility. Covered edges provide shade and rain protection while preserving openness.

Calm interior palette
Simple finishes, warm tones, and large glazed openings keep interiors bright and relaxed. The courtyard microclimate improves comfort and gives the home a strong sense of place.
